What is an infrared sauna?
Our infrared saunas are made of Canadian hemlock wood and equipped with infrared heaters designed to detoxify and heal the body. Unlike a traditional sauna that heats the air around you, an infrared sauna provides heat to the body directly. The heat penetrates into the skin, increasing the flow of oxygen and improving the immune system. This process gently removes the build-up of unwanted toxins in the body, optimising your overall health and well-being.
What are the benefits of using an infrared sauna?

How often should I use an infrared sauna?
Depending on your goals and lifestyle, we recommend coming in 2-3 times weekly. It is perfectly safe to use the sauna once per day. The more you use our infrared saunas, the better you will feel. Set aside time for yourself, and the results will keep you feeling your best.
How hot does it get in the sauna?
The optimum temperature in the infrared sauna is between 40-65 degrees celsius. We can adjust the temperature for you however, the set range will provide the maximum health and wellness benefits to you.
Do you have a shower facility?
Yes, there is a shower available in the store. Whether you need to get to work or wish to cool down after your session, our shower is available and *complimentary with your session. However, it is advised that you wait at least 5-10 minutes between your sauna experience and showering.
How many saunas are available?
We have 3 private sauna rooms available. When booking, you are welcome to select a booking for between 1-4 guests. Pricing will vary; check our price list here xxx.
Are the saunas cleaned regularly?
Each sauna and room is cleaned and sanitised in between every customer. Hygiene and cleanliness are essential to us, and we want to ensure the most pleasant experience. We use organic, non-toxic cleaning products in all our saunas.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 4 hours using our booking system.
Any appointment no-shows will forfeit your session.
Where are you located
We are located at Shop 2/236 Rocky Point Road, Ramsgate 2217. Yes, there is parking available in front of the shop and in the surrounding side streets.
What should I wear during my session?
All our rooms are private, so we welcome you to wear whatever makes you comfortable. Most customers will wear swimmers, lightweight clothing or nothing at all. Please make sure you remain seated on your towel at all times.
What should I do after my infrared sauna session?
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! You are welcome to water during your session, and we also have refreshments available at the front desk for purchase. Then relax, breathe and enjoy that post-sauna euphoric feeling.
