When registering as a customer at halo sanctuary, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your selected session.

  • LATE ARRIVALS: As a courtesy please call the clinic for any late arrivals.

  • if you are 15 mins late for an infrared sauna/massage appointment with no notice your session will be forfeited and a cancellation fee must be paid.

  • if you are 15 mins late for an infrared sauna/massage appointment with notice; we will try our best to accommodate a full session. subject to availability

  • Please keep in mind we have a strict 6-hour cancellation/reschedule policy.

  • halo sanctuary is not responsible for your personal belongings during your appointment.

  • halo sanctuary has the right to refuse entry to anyone in the clinic at anytime.

  • Bookings are to be made through the website; phone or walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

  • halo sanctuary is not liable to refund, transfer or compensate for missed or late appointments

  • card details are required when booking online, in person and over the phone. your card details will be solely to cover no-show fees or cancellations made within the designated cancellation period.

  • halo sanctuary Waiver: You acknowledge that there may be a risk of personal injury, loss or death. halo sanctuary is in no way liable for any injury, loss or death resulting from attending our clinic. halo sanctuary is also not liable for health claims made by health providers.

You agree to the above terms and conditions by booking a session at halo sanctuary.

AVOID SAUNA USE IF;

  • You’re pregnant

  • Have suffered a heart attack

  • Have a pacemaker

  • You regularly use drugs/ steroids

  • You suffer from haemophilia, lupus or brain tumours

avoid collagen red light therapy if:

  • Take medications that increase your sensitivity to sunlight, like lithium or isotretinoin

  • Have a history of skin cancer or eye disease 

  • Have a bad headache or migraine, especially if you're sensitive to light 

Cancellation Policy

Halo Sanctuary has a strict 6-hour reschedule and cancellation policy for all appointments. Should you arrive late, cancel or reschedule your appointment within the cancellation period, you will be liable for 50% of the session fee. Appointment no shows will forfeit the session or be charged at the full rate at the discretion of management.

Booking Policy

card details are required when booing online, in person and over the phone your card details will be solely to cover no-show fees or cancellations made within the designated cancellation period.

Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

  • Prices, products and offers include GST.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased online or in the clinic. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Valid automatically for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-transferable.

halo sanctuary does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final. We accept no responsibility if a card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.

Infrared Sauna/Red Light Collagen Packs

  • Weekly and monthly infrared sauna/Red light collagen packs are available for purchase with your membership at halo sanctuary.

  • halo sanctuary does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, credit for product or extensions on packs or offerings for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

  • Any non-cancellations, no shows will result in forfeiting that visit.

  • 5 Packs expire 2 months from purchase date.

  • 10 Packs expire 4 months from purchase date.

Introductory Offers

  • halo sanctuary Introductory Offers are available to new clients only.

  • Your introductory offer will be activated on your first visit.

Clinic Safety Measures

  • We kindly ask you to use the provided hand sanitiser before entering the space.

  • We request that you bring your own water bottle and towel to each infrared sauna appointment although you may hire a towel and purchase water, or drinks as required.

  • We will routinely clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces, such as EFTPOS terminals, sauna rooms, door handles, taps, showers and countertops.
